Contract
No contract will subsist between you and TVEARS.IE for a sale to you of any product unless and until TVEARS.IE accepts your order by an email confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time TVEARS.IE  sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Prices
All prices and charges on this site are in Euros. They are shown inclusive of vat.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your order with 2 - 3 days.  However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Also some items are made to order and we will endeavour to indicate these items where applicable. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. TVEARS.IE will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. Allow 5 days for AnPost delivery

Returns
In accordance with The European Directive on distance selling, all products can be returned to TVEARS.IE within 7 days of delivery.
If your item is damaged or faulty there is a 2-year guarantee that entitles you to either a refund or replacement.
Prior to returning the item you must first receive a RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number from us to ensure the item is accurately tracked. To receive a RMA number please contact rma@TVEARS.IE .ie or call +353 61 702 000.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the websites, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the products

Modification of terms
TVEARS.IE  reserves the right change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the website (including those in relation to price and availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the website
